The TruTrak Tag App
If you have purchased any BLE tags alone. Please head over to our activation website to activate them.
If you have purchased one of our GPS trackers that has a BLE tag included, please ensure you activate the GPS tracker first using our activation website.
Once you’ve activated your tracker or tag(s), simply log in to your account using the same login details you use for the TruTrak app. Your tags should then appear automatically in your account, ready for you to view and track.

How does the TruTrak app work with a TruTrak tracker?
Our GPS trackers come with a pre-installed SIM card and feature onboard GPRS and GPS systems to provide real-time location updates to the TruTrak cloud system. With our renowned app and web app, you can accurately track their location from anywhere in the world, in real time.
Can I log in on different devices at the same time?
You can have multiple sessions open simultaneously across Android and iPhone mobile devices, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
Can I track more than one tracker on my account?
Yes. You can track as many as you want on one panel at any time, and you can view from as many computers as you want simultaneously.
I own a fleet of vehicles and would like more than one person to be able to login and track our vehicles.
You can create as many additional accounts as you need and assign permissions to those users to restrict access where required.
There is no extra cost to create additional accounts.
